AHRO is committed to the development of all nursing and midwifery staffs. This intensive 6-months training programme would assist build the skills of nurses and midwives in order to increase their global employability.  This highly interactive programme would not only build the skills of participants but also prepare participants to take the OSCE examination.

Teaching Methods: Interactive Lectures conducted on-site with clinical simulations. There would also be clinical placement which is an essential aspect of the programme.

Assessment:  Written assignments of 1000 words after each module, presentations, examination, clinical competence report during c in-practice –learning simulation environment and placement, reflection, and development of a 4000 words essay as  portfolio.
